I’m going to try to sit down tonight to jot down some thoughts about the race.  The day was a dream come true.  There is nothing I would have changed.

It was the hardest thing I have ever done.  I cannot believe the brutality of the course.  I’ve heard about it from others who’ve been here, but it’s something that you just can’t comprehend until you are here.  It is an experience I will never forget.

More on this later, though.  For now, our Kona vacation continues!  We’re going on a dolphin and snorkeling cruise this morning.  It’s a 4.5 hour cruise in which you can snorkel, take a scuba lesson or sit at the bar.  Guess which one I will be doing?  Ryan, though, is really excited about his first scuba lesson.  My dream day would include seeing dolphins jump in the ocean while I’m sitting at a bar.  Which, when you are in paradise, is actually a possibility.
